5. INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY & NO RELIANCE
The Services and all content provided through the Services are provided solely for informational purposes. User agrees that they do not rely on the Services for financial, business, legal, investment, or commercial decisions.
ZipVentures shall not be liable for any decisions made based on information, deals, offers, promotions, coupons, rebates, cashback opportunities, or other content provided through the Services.
6. SPONSORED CONTENT AND AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Snaggle operates solely as an informational and technology platform.

7. USER REPRESENTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
User represents and warrants that:

Gosnaggle does not issue, sponsor, guarantee, endorse, or control any coupon, offer, promotion, discount, product, service, retailer, advertiser, or merchant displayed on the website.
All content, offers, coupons, promotions, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Gosnaggle makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, validity, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or effectiveness of any coupon, offer, promotion, discount, product, service, or third-party content.
ZipVentures does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Gosnaggle does not warrant that any coupon, promotional code, discount, cashback offer, sale price, rebate, or other offer will be valid, available, nonored, accepted, error-free, or result in any savings. Offers may expire, change, become unavailable, contain inaccuracies, or be withdrawn by third parties at any time without notice.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of any coupon, promotion, offer, product, service, or third-party website is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying the terms, conditions, pricing, eligibility, and availability of any offer before completing a purchase or transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSnaggle, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, indidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost savings, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, purchase costs, business interruption, or any other loss or damage arising from or related to:
- (a) the use or inability to use the website;
- (b) any expired, invalid, inaccurate, unavailable, or rejected coupon or promotional code;
- (c) any pricing error or inaccurate offer information;
- (d) any transaction, purchase, or interaction with a third-party merchant, advertiser, retailer, or service provider;
- (e) any product or service purchased through a third party; or
- (f) any reliance placed upon information displayed on the website.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Gosnaggle is found liable for any claim arising from or related to the website or these Terms, Gosnaggle's total aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) or the amount paid by you to Gosnaggle during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is less.
12. RELEASE OF CLAIMS
User releases ZipVentures from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Deals, offers, coupons, rebates, cashback programs, or promotions
- Artificial intelligence generated content
- Pricing inaccuracies or product availability
- Third-party merchants, retailers, brands, advertisers, or providers
- Use of the Services
This release applies to all known and unknown claims.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZipVentures from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- User's submissions, content, or conduct
- Information provided by User
- User's use of the Services
14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, MERCHANTS, AND OFFERS
The Website may contain links to, references to, or information regarding third-party websites, merchants, retailers, advertisers, products, services, promotions, coupons, discount codes, cashback programs, and other offers ("Third-Party Offers"). Gosnaggle does not own, operate, manage, control, endorse, investigate, monitor, verify, or guarantee any Third-Party Website, merchant, retailer, advertiser, product, service, or offer. The inclusion of any Third-Party Offer on the Website does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, warranty, or representation by Gosnaggle.
Any transaction, purchase, payment, redemption, enrollment, subscription, or interaction between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party. Gosnaggle is not a party to any agreement, transaction, dispute, claim, warranty, refund request, chargeback, product delivery issue, customer service matter, or other relationship between you and any third party.
Third-party merchants and advertisers may modify, suspend, restrict, refuse, expire, or terminate offers at any time without notice. Gosnaggle does not guarantee the availability, validity, pricing, accuracy, eligibility requirements, redemption terms, fulfillment, or performance of any Third-Party Offer.
You acknowledge and agree that Gosnaggle shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, expense, injury, claim, dispute, dissatisfaction, failed transaction, denied discount, untracked cashback, inaccurate pricing, product defect, service failure, data breach, privacy issue, or any other matter arising from or related to your use of or reliance upon any Third-Party Website, merchant, retailer, advertiser, product, service, or offer.
Your use of any Third-Party Website is subject to that third party's own terms, conditions, policies, and practices. You access and use Third-Party Websites entirely at your own risk.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
ZipVentures shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, cyber incidents, internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION, & CLASS ACTION
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
User and ZipVentures waive any right to a jury trial. User agrees that disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis and waives any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or collective proceedings.
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year, or it is permanently barred.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and ZipVentures. ZipVentures may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
